Did you purchase some coins that never arrived? Read on to find out how to request a refund! Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to offer consumables (i.e. coins, balls, grabs) so while we'll be happy to help you get your money back, we can't get you anything else!
To request a refund from iTunes, please follow these steps:
- Visit http://reportaproblem.apple.com/ in your browser
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password
- Find the item that needs to be refunded, and click "report a problem" next to it.
- Follow the menu prompts, and submit.
